Food okay but took 2 hours to arrive

Food was over an hour late, I phoned after 30 mins to be told it was out for delivery, I phoned back after 50 to be told it was just leaving shop and there were people ahead of me in delivery. I cancelled and asked for refund and was told to go through website which I tried to do however it clearly states refund is responsibility of shop, I phoned back and was told they would refund me tonight or tomorrow morning, that remains to be seen if that does happen. To add insult to injury food finally showed up and hour and 15 minutes late after being cancelled. It was returned to shop Never again !!

Food wasn’t hot.

Pizza was stuck to the pizza box in the middle , it when trying to take a slice it was the crust that came away and the rest was stuck . I had to scrap the middle of the pizza off the box, parts of base were very burnt also.

Excellent food but quite a long wait for a collection. Will definitely order again but be ready for the wait.

Food was delivered much earlier than expected meaning it wasn’t fresh made which was obvious when opened as chips were stale looking and fried good awful very tasteless and looked like very cheap produce being used

Very quick delivery. Pizza was amazing, really enjoyed the meal.

Requested back door delivery but delivered to front door. Food was tasty but could have been hotter.

Ordered via website ( mamma Mia website) had estimated delivery time as requested and it was an hour later. The chips looked over cooked and it wasn’t nice.

Lovely Italian food from nice people.

The fish was lovely but the dressing hadn’t crisped up so the fish was all broken in the box.

Ordered a Pizaa and chips wad 30 min late and tge pizza and chips were cold.

Never got my diet cola and took to long to get delivered

Really disappointed by the quality of the food, the fish and black pudding batter was burnt, and the chips similar and had bad bits in mostly every single one. Would reconsider before deciding whether to order from again

I ordered a four seasons pizza and received a burnt margarita pizza with ham👎

Food always great decent portion sizes only thing delivery was an hour says on website 20 minutes but was hot and tasty when did arrive.
