Would have been five stars all round if the food had been a bit warmer. Fish not too bad but chips definitely cool. Sadly it seems to be an ongoing occurrence. We never find the food hot.

An hour late and arrived cold , not your usual standard

Absolutely abysmal, told me 40 minutes for delivery and had to 2 hours for delivery and ended up having to go collect. Chips looked like they were a week old. Black pudding was sliced in half and bone dry. Fish was undercooked, soggy, pale and a good vet could probably have saved its life. Smoked sausage mustard have came from the great fire of London. Calzone was full of juice and soaking wet in the bottom. Really disappointed, do yourself a favour and go round the corner to a chippy that's got it's sh't together.

I love a pizza and the 4 seasons I got was paper thin in the centre and water logged a mess.I advise the cook to try a pizza from Gusto in Hamilton and compare.

Food okay but took 2 hours to arrive

Food was over an hour late, I phoned after 30 mins to be told it was out for delivery, I phoned back after 50 to be told it was just leaving shop and there were people ahead of me in delivery. I cancelled and asked for refund and was told to go through website which I tried to do however it clearly states refund is responsibility of shop, I phoned back and was told they would refund me tonight or tomorrow morning, that remains to be seen if that does happen. To add insult to injury food finally showed up and hour and 15 minutes late after being cancelled. It was returned to shop Never again !!

Food wasn’t hot.

Pizza was stuck to the pizza box in the middle , it when trying to take a slice it was the crust that came away and the rest was stuck . I had to scrap the middle of the pizza off the box, parts of base were very burnt also.

Excellent food but quite a long wait for a collection. Will definitely order again but be ready for the wait.
